- This experience has a non-cancellable / non-changeable cancellation policy: Once booked, the ticket cannot be canceled or modified.
Know before you go:
- Snow Premium Admission is subject to availability on the day of your visit, and the tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Valid passes are required for entry; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Age Limit: Minimum age for Ski lessons is 3, and Snowboard lessons is 8.
- Helmets are mandatory for guests under 14 and for certain activities.
- Waterproof winter attire and gloves are required for entry.
- Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions must get physician approval before visiting.
- No food or drinks allowed in the Snow Park; eating and drinking are only permitted in cafés.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
- First Aid is available for minor injuries; refusing assistance may require a waiver.
